How do I cancel my subscription?
There are a couple ways that you can cancel your subscription to one of our websites.
Option 1
Contact us, and we will do it for you
We are more than happy to cancel your account for you at any time. You can contact us via chat, phone or email--whichever is the most convenient for you. We will cancel your account right away.

Option 2
Cancel your account subscription online
If you know the email and password you’re signed up for you can cancel your account online. Just follow the simple steps below. We're standing by, if you need any assistance at all.
Step 1. Navigate to our protected area. Click Here
Step 2. If you are not automatically logged in, please login in with your email address and password. Then continue to My Account
Step 3. Navigate to the Subscriptions box, and select the product you wish to cancel. Then click the Cancel button.
Step 4. Please check you email, if the cancellation was successful, you would have received an email from us stating so.
If you do not receive a cancellation email, please wait a couple of minutes, if you still do not receive a notification of cancellation, please contact us by phone 1-855-211-5572 or via email support@mss-help.com
